All estimates are provided in writing after a property walk. Verbal estimates are not binding. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Project-specific work is governed by a signed service agreement, statement of work, or contract. Those documents take precedence over these site terms.
Standard payment terms for project work are 50% deposit at signing, 50% at completion, unless otherwise specified. Maintenance accounts invoice monthly. Late payments accrue interest as permitted by Virginia law.
Hardscape installation is warranted against settlement, separation, and base failure for two years from completion. Drainage installation is warranted for two years on workmanship. Plant material is warranted for one year subject to client maintenance. Irrigation install is warranted for two years on workmanship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YardMasters' total liability under any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
Site content, photography, and design are owned by YardMasters or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
