Irrigation that
protects the investment.

Built once. Tuned every year.

Most lawns in Chesterfield County have an irrigation system somewhere underneath them. Most aren't covering what they should be, are running on the wrong schedule, or are leaking pressure at a head you can't see. The fix isn't always replacement. We start with a system audit, then quote what's actually needed.

What we offer

  • System design and install. Hunter and Rain Bird components, MP rotators where it makes sense, drip in the beds.
  • Repair and rebuild. Broken heads, leaking valves, cracked mainlines, worn nozzles. Diagnosed and fixed in one visit when possible.
  • Smart controller upgrades. Wi-Fi controllers with weather-based watering. Cuts water bills, keeps the lawn from over- or under-cycling.
  • Drip and bed irrigation. Targeted delivery to perennial beds, shrub borders, and trees. Less waste, healthier plants.
  • Seasonal startup. Spring activation, head check, controller program for the year.
  • Winterization. Full system blowout in late October / early November. We schedule and we show up.

System audit (always step one)

Every irrigation engagement starts with us walking the system. Each zone runs while we watch. We mark heads that aren't covering, valves that aren't sealing, and pressure issues. The audit becomes the quote.

Why it lasts
when ours goes in.

Hydraulic design

Pressure and flow calculated zone-by-zone. We don't run more heads on a zone than the line can support.

Smart controllers standard

Every new system installs with a smart controller. Weather-based watering pays for itself in two seasons of water bills.

Drip where it belongs

Beds, trees, and tight corners get drip, not spray heads. Less evaporation, healthier plantings.

Audit before quote

We never quote off a phone call. The first visit is an audit, the second visit is the work.

Same foreman returns

The lead foreman on your install is the same one who comes back for spring startup and winter blowout.

Hardscape coordinated

If we're touching the patio, we sleeve under the patio. The lines are there before the stone goes down.

Common questions.

My system was installed by someone else. Will you service it?

Yes. Most of our irrigation work is on existing systems. We audit first, then quote a fix or full overhaul depending on condition.

When should I winterize?

Late October through mid-November in the Richmond area, before the first hard freeze. We pre-schedule winterization with all our irrigation clients.

Will a smart controller actually save money?

For most properties, yes. We've seen 20–40% reductions in irrigation water bills on accounts that switch.

How fast for repairs?

Repair calls are typically scheduled within 2–5 business days. If it's actively flooding, call us and we'll prioritize.

Backflow testing?

Yes. Annual backflow testing is required by Chesterfield County and we handle it as part of your spring startup.

Audit first, quote second. Most irrigation problems are smaller than they look once we walk the property.
